Arts and Crafts Kitchen

This 1906 Arts and Crafts style home possessed an existing kitchen that was too small for the Owners to use together and felt detached from the remainder of the home. In order to open the space for functionality and connection, the stairs to the basement and second floor were relocated and the seldom-used butler’s pantry was removed. An abandoned milk door was repurposed as a new window that features a custom stained glass panel to match the panel in the new panel transom above the door, which coordinate with the home’s existing stained glass windows.
