Hillside Historic Rehabilitation

This hybrid neo-classical style house originally built in 1894 received a poorly organized and partially complete renovation prior to purchase by the current Owners.  The main goals for the project were to increase the size, modernize the amenities, and add a garage, while seamlessly integrating and maintaining the original character of the home.  The entire home underwent extensive repair and restoration and new custom windows were designed to match the construction and details of the existing windows. The renovation and addition enabled the home to move forward into a new future, while preserving its character, durability, and sustainability.
