Seamless Addition and Remodeling

This private residence in Cincinnati originally looked like two separate houses forced onto a single lot. A more compact plan unified the residence, and created enough room for an outdoor pool deck and accessory structure. When looking at the house from the pool, it’s nearly impossible to tell that the rear half of the wall is new, while the front half is existing.
